Re-look at the timelines with which I teach these things; I want to work in more time for practice versions of each writing style / activity, and then more writing time with reviewing later on.
I also want to make sure that all of my surveys for pre- and post-writing are right on, will measure what I want them to, and are electronic and automatically tallied.
